Long Island Reader
5.0 out of 5 stars - Well written and a plot that grabs you.
Lexie
Renard does a very good job building up the dystopian world where this
novel occurs. It's sort of reminiscent of Blade Runner or Soylent
Green. This is a highly stratified society where your status (which
includes food and breathable air) increases depending on what number
level you live in. The gist of the story is spelled out in the book
blurb, and I don't want to spoil any of this for you. I will say I
found the book well written (albeit with a few paragraphs I found
doubled up about half way through) and quite erotic. I liked the
romance, the characters and the plot. All in all, a very hot and
enjoyable read, with an HEA.
